Refund Policy

The following conditions are for the sale of all online goods and services:

1. It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years.  When applying/renewing membership with us, you warrant that you are over the age of 18 years.
2. No refund or exchange on any purchase except as required by law and as otherwise specified by the seller. If a refund is made, Cessnock Leagues Club may, to the extent permitted by law, retain any fee it has charged.
3. The right is reserved to charge a fee for the replacement of membership cards.
4. The right of admission is reserved and is subject to the venue’s terms of admission.
5. Prices in this site will include GST where applicable.
